Cuentos del Sol started with a simple idea: every kid deserves to see their family's flavors, music, and traditions on the page. Too many of us grew up reading stories that never quite tasted like sancocho on a Sunday, or sounded like the bandoneón down the block.
So we got to work. Each book is written and illustrated with the help of people from the country it celebrates — abuelas, teachers, chefs, musicians — to keep the small, true details that kids remember forever.
